How Our Glass Repair Process Works
Getting your broken glass fixed shouldn’t add stress to an already frustrating situation. Here’s our straightforward approach:
STep 1
Send a Service Request or Call
Contact our team for immediate assessment. Most broken windows and doors can be fixed on the same day depending on on the glass, the size and the compliance requirements, but we will be able to let you know asap.
Step 2
Quote
Our expert glazier can discuss your options over the phone. We help you select the right solution for your specific requirements. If you have a shattered door that was toughened safety glass and you need it replaced asap we can use Australian grade laminated safety glass to repair it straight away which is the same as a car windscreen . So if it breaks it holds together rather than shattering. If you prefer the toughened glass and order will need to be created to have that made and that may take a few days.
Step 3
Expert Installation
Skilled glaziers complete your glass repairs with proper equipment and minimal disruption. We use professional-grade silicone sealing, precision cutting tools, and installation techniques refined over decades of experience in the glazing trade. All the broken glass and materials from the job go with us, and we leave the area safe and tidy before we go. We are backed by 30+ years industry experience.
Step 4
Quality Guarantee
Every job concludes with a thorough inspection ensuring perfect fit, proper sealing, and complete cleanup. We don’t leave until you’re completely satisfied with the result. Warranty: All glazing installations carried out by Paramount Glass are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to glass and hardware products supplied. This warranty is in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
